I also have many "grant" and "assistance" down payment/ closing cost programs available if your coming up short on cash. Everyone's situation is different - but I have put many homebuyers into the home of their dreams for only $300. |

Service we have access to all the homes you see driving around town - regardless of the
name on the sign - and I can help you get your "best deal". I've also helped
many buyers with the often difficult process of purchasing f.s.b.o. homes at no additional
cost to the homebuyer. Often times, many "listed" properties can turn out to be a better "deal" than the hud home for various reasons. |
